Susan Carpenter founded Life's Doors Mediation in 2011. However, she has more than 20 years of experience mentoring parents in high conflict divorce. Her experience includes specialty training in divorce, high conflict and co-parent coaching and education. As Susan puts a greater focus on coaching and education, it made sense to move mediation services into her coaching entity.
